AMERICAN VALUES
AND OUR FOREIGN POLICY AGENDA
We are now living in an environment where much of the valuable rhetoric and insights of our Founding Fathers which paved the way for the advance of our democracy is now hijacked by those in government and media who want to create a false narrative of freedom and equality.
As we point out often- in our various podcasts and our explanations of the proposed Coalition, American values can be discussed and argued in many ways. But our contention is, despite the many limitations personally and in the original construction of the essential documents of our Republic, the Founding Fathers were inspired to project the concept of the equality of man and the idea of inalienable rights in the Declaration. This concept was inserted into the Constitution in various ways, including, of course, the Bill of Rights. Perhaps the key point in the Constitution was that the People control the government and not the government controlling the People. Yes, there was plenty of room for improvement. Suffrage was pretty much limited to property owners and the white racial elite at the time, many of which were slave owners.
So I say, there were inspired to choose a goal that was only limited by their personal and cultural limitations- and, as we saw our democracy progress and expand- we can see how limited they were- but that doesn’t rule out the value of their first starts and the expansive meaning of their inspiration.
My contention is that what was inspiration to them can be spiritually-based cognition by us- and this can be experienced if we embark on a spiritual path that embodies the truth of their inspiration. Not by belief or inspiration, but by KNOWING.
One of the main functions of the original Constitution was to make sure that the head of our government, the President, did not have the powers of the British monarch. And one of the most essential points of this- is that the Congress, more truly directly representing the People of the United States, would be the only legal entity that could declare war.
We are now faced with a situation that the Congress is largely controlled by special interests which benefit by war. And it appears that much of the wars that we are engaged in, directly and indirectly, are motivated by special interests. This reality is counter-productive to our interests and is promoted by media and government by misleading and often inaccurate information. Some of alternative media tries to counter these false narratives, but much alternative media supports and even exaggerates them. It is up to us to decide what is true- here and elsewhere.
WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH IRAN?
As Ron Paul points out in the following Liberty Report, there is not very much that is believable in today’s narrative. We present other alternative views below. It is critical that we look at a variety of sources before we make up our opinion… more probably that we can present here at one time.

A few other points- despite his quick humor and powerful grasp of the markets, he can be very sarcastic and biting in his criticisms of the mainstream narrative. To say he is alarmed and disgusted at what the mainstream narrative generally is would be quite an understatement.
If you listen to him regularly every day, you will need to brace yourself for the shocking stories he will tell you about the copious truths that the financial commentators are leaving out.

Day after day, breaking down the data and making it easy to understand.” For me, as a newcomer to this world, there is much that I don’t always understand- but David always wishes to give his viewers the option to find out more, to contact his sources directly (and they are generally not 3rd parties and to learn themselves how all this works through his books and his videos.
